Fetch pet insurance doesn’t cover

How to file fetch pet insurance claim
Within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms, you should take your pet to the vet for treatment if they are sick or injured. You have 90 days to file a claim after your pet is treated.
To be eligible you must submit a claim form with an invoice and payment receipt from your vet. Through your online account, claims can be filed.
Bringing in may take at least two days to process your claim. However, shares are usually processed within 15 days.
If your claim is accepted, Fetch will send you your reimbursement by check or direct deposit; Signing up for a direct deposit can speed up your payments by up to ten days.
